Commitment

Accessibility

Explore AI Inc. wants the company website to work for as many people, devices, and ways of navigating as reasonably possible.

Effective August 18, 2026

Our target

We aim for the company pages to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a target for continuous improvement, not a claim that every experience is free of barriers in every assistive-technology and browser combination.

Measures in this site

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, and document titles.
  • A keyboard-accessible skip link, navigation, and visible focus indicators.
  • Text and interface colors selected for readable contrast.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow for small screens and text enlargement.
  • Meaningful text alternatives or accessible descriptions for informative graphics.
  • Respect for the system “reduced motion” preference.
  • No autoplaying audio, scroll hijacking, or time-limited interactions on the company pages.
  • Print styles for policy content.

Known boundaries

External websites and the Photon47 game may have different accessibility characteristics and are not covered by this statement. Highly visual or interactive game content can present additional barriers beyond the static company pages. We intend to improve those experiences over time and welcome specific reports.

Browser, operating-system, zoom, translation, and assistive-technology combinations can produce unexpected behavior even when markup follows standards.

Feedback and help

If you encounter a barrier, email [email protected] with “Accessibility feedback” in the subject line. If possible, include:

  • the page or feature involved;
  • what you were trying to accomplish;
  • your browser, device, and assistive technology, if relevant; and
  • the format or alternative that would help.

Please do not include sensitive personal information. We will review good-faith feedback and work toward a reasonable response or alternative where feasible.

Assessment and updates

Accessibility is considered during design and implementation through semantic review, keyboard checks, motion preferences, responsive testing, and automated checks where appropriate. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so manual feedback remains important. This statement will be updated as the site changes or significant issues are resolved.
